Services are charged on an hourly basis, or an agreed fixed monthly fee. Consideration includes normal office costs, telephone and IT.
Travel expenses are not charged within the NY, NJ, PA, MD and Washington DC area. Travel expenses outside this area, such as lodging, mileage and air travel will be charged through at cost.
Monthly billing.
- Accounting and Finance. We perform accounting services online for easy access by our customers.
- Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Reporting to Parent Company, according to customer requirements.
- Establish and run your payroll.
- Distribution & Storage. We establish and run your US distribution at a very competitive rate. Our location in the Greater Philadelphia area is perfectly located for an entrance into the US market. More than 60 million consumers are within a 4 hour drive.
- Insurance, corporate and personal, is arranged via our extensive network of Insurance Agents.
- US representative and contact person.
- Register and maintain new subsidiaries.
- General assistance for US subsidiaries. This can take the form of representation, customer visits, market coordination et al.
- Due Diligence.
